Min’s Story
Min opened her permanent makeup practice in Las Vegas in 1983 — before the industry had a name that most people recognized, before microblading existed, and before cosmetic tattooing had become the mainstream service it is today.
What drove her then is the same thing that drives her now: a genuine belief that helping someone feel better about how they look has a real impact on how they move through the world. Permanent makeup is not vanity. Experience & Credentials
SNHD Body Art Mentor Card – Active
Min holds an active Body Art Mentor Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District, which is the highest practitioner credential available in Nevada for permanent makeup. License #2407690, valid through August 2026.
The mentor designation certifies Min to train and supervise other permanent makeup artists, and reflects a standard of competency above the standard practitioner license required to perform procedures. It is the credential behind the training program she has operated for decades.

Microblading & Rotary Machine Proficiency
Min is proficient in both microblading and traditional rotary hand machine techniques, allowing her to select the right method for each client’s skin type and desired outcome rather than applying a single technique across the board.

Min Permanent Makeup and Day Spa is located at 6330 Spring Mountain Rd Suite E in Las Vegas, Nevada. The studio is a clean, private, professional environment built around client comfort and strict hygiene standards.
Every tool used in the studio is either sterilized or single-use. Pigments are high quality and formulated specifically for cosmetic application. The workspace meets or exceeds all standards set by the Southern Nevada Health District.

We do not perform procedures we are not confident in. Every appointment begins with a thorough one-on-one consultation. We assess your skin, discuss your goals, and give you a realistic picture of what is achievable — including healing timelines and what to expect at each stage of the process. If something is not a good fit, we will tell you.
Touch-Up Included With Every Procedure
A follow-up touch-up appointment is scheduled at the time of your first visit, not sold separately later. This is standard practice at our studio because it is the right way to ensure your results heal correctly and look exactly as intended.
Clean & Safe at Every Appointment
Strict hygiene and sanitation protocols are non-negotiable. All instruments are sterilized, all single-use items are disposed of after each client, and our studio is maintained to the standards required by the Southern Nevada Health District. You will never be asked to compromise your safety for convenience.
Aftercare Support
You leave every appointment with complete written aftercare instructions and the ability to contact us directly with questions during your healing process. We are not difficult to reach, and we do not disappear after you pay.
